Who We Are

China Voice Holding Corp. ("CHVC") is a U.S. public holding company headquartered in South Florida with a portfolio of next-generation communications products and services doing business in the U.S. and the People's Republic of China. Through its subsidiaries, the Company provides Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") telephone services, office automation, wireless broadband, unified messaging, video conferencing, mobility services VoIP wholesale termination services, prepaid calling card products, and other advanced voice and data services.

In China, CHVC owns valuable intellectual property and has assembled one of the world's largest collections of next generation technology licenses. These licenses give CHVC full legal status as an approved and licensed telecommunications company to provide VoIP, telecommunication and office automation services throughout China. With a population of 1.3 billion, the Chinese telecommunications market is the largest and fastest growing in the world, China has the worlds largest broadband subscriber base exceeding the U.S. in 2007 and also has the worlds largest mobile and fixed line subscriber base.

What We Do

We are a global developer, service provider and distributor of next generation technology solutions for Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), wireless, video conferencing, office automation, prepaid calling and multi-media applications.

Our Focus

CHVC's core business is focused on providing our advanced communication products and services within China to consumers, businesses and government customers as well as connecting them to the rest of the world.

The Company's growth strategy in China starts with its existing relationships with Telcos and government entities. These relationships give CHVC the opportunity to reach large numbers of customers quickly. As the Chinese market continues its dramatic expansion, CHVC will continue to leverage synergistic marketing and sales forces between business segments to reach an even larger customer base. In China, CHVC will continue to expand and strengthen relationships with government and Telcos, to expand its market and customer reach.

CHVC plans to gain quick access to a large number of customers through properly planned acquisitions, using this synergy to provide multiple growth opportunities in existing businesses.

In the U.S., CHVC is focused on building a solid foundation generating profits to cover corporate overhead.
